We have been praying for these five young men for the past three months to come to our mission!
They have been serving in other countries in Africa awaiting approval for visas! So many missionaries are not able to acquire visas for the country in which they've been called - but we feel enormously blessed that our prayers have been answered, so that these five could come to the area in which they were originally called to serve.
They are part of our largest group to date. We tried tracing back over the history of the mission, and we can't find more than this group of 17 on record. The remaining twelve arrive soon!

They look like seasoned elders; the Lord has a perfect plan! I have to admit I am haunting FB waiting to see pictures of the next group. I hear you get TWO Elder Jewkes; a really, really wonderful one and a really, really wonderful one. Give the tall blonde one (Chase) a hug from his grandma! 29 missionaries. The Lord must have amazing things planned for the growth in Durban. Our prayers and love are certainly with you.
