 I was asked to speak on Finding Faith in Conversion

 The trick is to only hold the pipe on the sides of your fingers and move it to the ground, but it always rises as the Elders try to lower it!

 However, the Elders were determined to lower the pipe and communicated well and worked together, and got the pipe lowered after much effort! Great job Elders!

 So many lessons taught from this exercise from working together, communicating effectively, and even lifting one another!
