Our New Missionaries First Day
After picking up the missionaries at the airport, and after a quick stop at the Durban Temple site,
the missionaries go to the office to do paperwork and administrative things before interviewing
with President Thompson. They also had a chance to go do some proseliting before coming to the mission home for dinner and testimony meeting. After testimonies, they received their assignments.

Getting ready to sing a closing song
After the closing song, the missionaries will get their assignments!
The mission map is placed on the table for all to see
The Assistants help coordinate the assignments and announce where each missionary will be serving
The assignments are given! We have some incredible trainers for these new missionaries to serve with.
This is one powerful group of young men! I wish everyone could have heard their incredible testimonies! The spirit was very strong, and I can tell already this group is going to be fabulous in missionary work! So happy to have them!
Everyone got a hardback Book of Mormon with a personalized book jacket with their names. Our
mission is reading the Book of Mormon every day!
