DURBAN ZONE CONFERENCE

(I'm sorry I didn't get these posted earlier. I ended up in the hospital and have been recovering! Thanks for all the prayers, and especially the missionaries concern and fasting on my behalf! I love these boys immensely!)
Zone Conference about to begin
The conference was held at the Berea Chapel
The conference lasts approximately 7 hours - that includes a light breakfast snack, and lunch! Today,
South Africa was doing load shedding, which means all power is turned off at a scheduled time for two hours!

We were all given a sin on a piece of paper, and we had to tape it to Elder Morales, who represented the Savior.

Elders Bir, Morales, and Cobinah
Elder Bir grew up Hindu. He didn't know about Jesus - but when
his family found a Book of Mormon in his grandmother's home,
they sought out the missionaries (I hope I got that story right?).
Elder Bir has one of the most
eloquent and firm testimonies of Christ that I've ever heard. He
bears his last testimony in a Zone Conference. He will return home
next week.

before he and his beautiful wife go home!

Sister Hampshire bears her testimony. We are certainly going to miss
her and Elder Hampshire. They have been an integral part of the mission
and the office! We will certainly miss them.
Elder Kamara (AP) will go home as well. He has the opportunity
to share his last testimony at a Zone Conference!
