September Missionaries Are Here

THIRTEEN ELDERS ARRIVE IN THE MORNING and TWO MORE COMING IN THE LATE EVENING!

President Thompson greet our missionaries as they walk out of the baggage claim at
King Shaka International Airport in Durban
Elder Crichton

 Elder Cooke

 Elder Freitas

 Elder Siebert

 Elder Church

 Elder Bopape

 Elder Noney

 Elder Chen

There is a piano in the waiting area of the airport with a sign that encourages people to play!
The Assistants brought hymn books so the Elders could sing just after they landed.

Waiting for the signal to sing!!!

The voices were powerful! I got a short video of them - if I figure out how to upload on here, I will!
There was a small crowd gathering taking pictures and video with the cell phones!

 Elder Brunt

 Elder Crichton

 Elder Chen

Some excited faces to do the Lord's work!
We are ready!

Outside the entrance of the airport!
We have four Assistants (but only for a week!) Our former two are training the other two!

Packing up the bakkie (if you aren't from South Africa, then that means the truck)

 Lots of luggage!

Still packing it in the bed of the truck, which has a cover on it!

 Almost done!

Missionaries are told to keep their passports and other documentation out of their luggage so that when we get to the mission office, they can be photocopied!

WELCOME ELDERS! WE ARE THRILLED TO

HAVE YOU WITH US!
